Weekly Meal Plan (November 9-15)
This weeks meal plan has lots of hearty meals. Many of the recipes including the Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Tuna Casserole, Asian Meatballs, Ribs and Honey Mustard Chicken all freeze well, so double the recipe and freeze half for quick ready made meals throughout the winter. This Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic Soup is deliciously creamy with a rich roasted garlic, cauliflower and leek flavour. It’s an incredibly easy 30-minute soup to make, the veggies are baked in the oven on a sheet pan until tender and then quickly pureed in a blender with the remaining ingredients, so easy! It’s Paleo, Whole30, Keto and Vegan.
These Asian Meatballs are sooo tasty! The incredibly moist and flavourful meatballs can be made with pork, ground turkey or chicken and they are oven baked and coated in a sticky sauce. Enjoy them with a salad or sauteed veggies.
This Paleo Honey Mustard Chicken is an easy to make one pan dish that requires just 15 minutes of hands on cooking making it perfect for weeknight dinner! Serve it with a side of mash or cauliflower rice to soak up all of the sticky honey mustard sauce.
This Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon is a great recipe for weeknight dinner. Broccoli, asparagus and bok choy are tossed in a simple homemade teriyaki sauce and cooked on a sheet pan with fillets of salmon. This 30-minute all in one dish is Whole30 and Paleo!
This easy Whole30 Korean Beef Bowl is filling and so flavourful. Caramelized beef, cauliflower rice, shredded cabbage, avocado and carrots are served in a big bowl, topped with a fried egg and drizzled with spicy mayo, it’s so so tasty! This recipe takes just 30 minutes to make and is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten Free and Dairy Free.
This Jalapeno Tuna Casserole is a healthy spin on the classic comforting casserole. Spaghetti squash is used in place of pasta and it’s packed with flakes of tuna and chopped jalapeno all smothered in a creamy sauce. You can make this casserole a day in advance and it freezes well too.
These low maintenance Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Ribs are perfect for a lazy Sunday. Pop them in the slow cooker in the morning, and you have an easy meal ready to go by dinner. The rich honey balsamic sauce makes these ribs seem slightly more sophisticated than those served with barbecue sauce, but you still end up with a sticky glaze that you can’t help but lick off your fingers.
