Serve them in a celery root tortilla or lettuce cup to make them Whole30, or corn tortilla for those on a gluten free diet.

Ratatouille Baked Eggs is a one pan cross between my favourite breakfast, baked eggs, and the classic French vegetable stew ratatouille. Eggs are nestled in a bed of eggplant, zucchini and peppers, all simmered in tomato sauce. It’s a delicious Whole30 and Paleo dish that works just as well for dinner as it does for breakfast/brunch and can even be made up to 3 days in advance.

Chicken, Mushroom and Leek Soup is a comforting bowl of soup, packed with chunks of chicken, bacon, mushrooms and leeks all cooked in a creamy soup base that you would never guess is dairy free! This soup takes just 30 minutes to make and is perfect for an easy winter meal.

This Sesame Lemon Chicken takes just 30 minutes to make and is so tasty! Crispy skinned chicken thighs are coated in a delicious sticky lemon sauce that resembles the classic Chinese takeout dish of Lemon Chicken. It’s Paleo, Gluten and Grain Free and perfect for weeknight dinner.

This Crab, Roasted Tomato & Basil Pasta is perfect for a night when you want to impress. The tomato sauce is loaded with fresh flavour from the lemon, garlic and basil which perfectly compliments the lumps of crab. Serve this sauce on spaghetti squash to make it Whole30, Paleo, Grain Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Specific Carbohydrate Diet Legal.

These Asian Cabbage Rolls are filled with ground meat, cauliflower rice, egg and lots of veggies! The rolls are baked in the oven until tender and are durable enough to pick up and eat with your hands! Leftovers will last for up to 4 days in the fridge.

This Mexican Stewed Beef Bowl is so comforting and hearty! The beef is cooked until it is fall apart tender and coated in a rich spiced sauce and then served with spicy cauliflower rice, salsa and avocado. This loaded Mexican bowl is Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Grain Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Specific Carbohydrate Diet Legal.
