Wednesday – One Pan Spanish Chorizo & Shrimp

Friday – Chimichurri Steak Salad
This hearty Chimichurri Steak Salad is fresh and full of flavour. Thin slices of grill beef, grilled asparagus and red onion plus radishes and tomatoes are all tossed in a herby chimichurri dressing. This salad takes just 30 minutes to make and is Paleo, Keto and Whole30!

Saturday – Charred Snap Pea & Bacon Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing
My mom had a massive vegetable garden that produced an abundance of snap peas each summer. I remember the frustration in her voice after she picked yet another basket of crunchy peas: “What the heck am I supposed to do with even more of these?” She got creative in some good (and not-so-good) ways, but her charred pea salad was always a favorite. The trick is to leave some of the snap peas raw, giving you a wonderful contrast in texture and flavor. This summer salad, made with radishes, peas, shallot, and a variety of herbs, is a great way to showcase fresh produce from your garden (or the farmers market).

Sunday – Loaded Hamburgers with Special Sauce
These Loaded Burgers are so much better than anything you get at a drive thru.
