Monday is a great Vegan Curry, followed by a fast Beef Stir Fry and loaded Lamb Burgers that you can make in the oven or grill. Seared scallops on Friday night are perfect for date night in, but take only 30 minutes to make. On Saturday elevate your taco night with Seared Tuna Tacos followed by the ultimate fancy comfort meal, Short Rib Beef Bourguignon on Sunday. Sunday – Short Rib Beef Bourguignonne

Short Rib Beef Bourguignonne

Braised short ribs and Beef Bourguignonne are my two go-to dishes in the winter when I’m trying to impress, so I’m not sure why it has taken me so long to combine them into one. In this recipe from my cookbook (page 22) you get all of the rich flavors of the stew coupled with big tender pieces of short rib; it really is the best of both worlds. I find the flavors of the sauce are even better when this dish is made the day before and left to rest overnight in the fridge.
