A super simple 4-ingredient spinach smoothie that contains 3 of your 4 recommended daily servings of vegetables! This is a great starter smoothie for anyone new to adding vegetables to a smoothie, because even though this it's green, it doesn't taste like spinach!
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or nutribullet and blend until completely smooth.
Notes
*if you don't like the flavour of vegetable smoothies you can add 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten it. Alternatively you can also add 1/2 apple or pear.
