Pork & Apple Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground pork
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup shredded apple
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and work with your hands to really mix everything together.
  • Form the mixture into 8 to 10 patties
  • Cook the patties for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown on the outside and cooked through in the center.
