Ingredients

Almond Flour

Coconut Flour

tsp
baking soda

vanilla extract

cup
honey
or other sweetener
1/3
cup
melted butter or coconut oil

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
ground cardamom
1/2
tsp
ground all spice
1/2
tsp
ground cloves
1/2
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and combine
Once the dough is fully mixed, form into a ball and place on a large sheet of parchment paper
Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin until the dough is approximately 1/4 inch thick
Using a cookie cutter cut out shapes. If the dough feels too soft place it in the fridge for approximately 15-20 minutes
Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies turn a golden colour
Remove from the oven and allow to slightly cool before moving. Store in an air tight container
