Spicy Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Shrimp are the perfect appetizer to feed a crowd. They take less than 30 minutes to make and are incredibly easy to prepare.
Preheat the oven top 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Cut each strip of bacon in half lengthwise so that you have long thin strips.
Wrap each shrimp in a half piece of bacon. Place the shrimp on the baking sheet with the seam side down so they don't unravel. Repeat with the remaining shrimp and bacon strips
In a bowl whisk together the melted butter, honey, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika. Taste and add more spice/honey as desired.
Using half of the sauce, brush each shrimp generously with the sauce. Place the tray in the oven to bake for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes of cooking, remove the tray from the oven, flip all of the shrimp over and generously brush them with the remaining sauce.
Return the shrimp to the oven to cook for 5 more minutes or until the bacon is crisp. Serve the shrimp warm
