These Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are so unbelievably juicy and flavorful, you might question why you have never made turkey burgers in the air fryer before. With simple seasonings, Dijon mustard, and a shallot, these healthy turkey burgers take less than 30 minutes to make.
Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl combine all of the turkey burger ingredients and use your hands to mix well.
Divide the mixture into four equal sized balls and then flatten to ½ inch thick patties
Spray the air fryer with cooking oil and then add in the turkey patties, they can touch but shouldn’t overlap. If your air fryer is too small you may have to work in 2 batches.
Cook the turkey patties for 6 minutes, flip and cook an additional 6 minutes.
