Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup finely diced celery 3 ribs celery
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/3 cup chopped chives plus more for garnish
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the diced chicken, celery, red onion, red grapes, pecans and chives.
- In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and toss until well coated. Garnish with additional chopped chives
