These Garlic Mushroom & Bacon Chicken Thighs are an easy one pan dish that take just 30 minutes to make. The chicken thighs are pan seared and cooked in a simple sauce with crispy bacon and garlic mushrooms.

Taco soup for taco Tuesday! This hearty Beef Taco Soup is so rich and delicious and packed with ground beef, peppers, tomatoes and lots of spices. Make extra because this soup freezes really well!

Craving pasta but doing a Whole30? This creamy Butternut Squash Pasta with 3-Ingredient Alfredo Sauce is sure to hit the spot. The sauce is so simple you won’t believe how creamy it is. You can add chicken or shrimp to the pasta for extra protein.

This one pan Coconut Ginger Salmon takes less than 25 minutes to make. The salmon is pan seared and then smothered in a sauce packed with delicious thai inspired flavours. Serve this salmon over coconut rice to soak up all of the yummy excess sauce.

This week’s Friday night takeout fakeout is one of my favourites from the blog! This Black Pepper Chicken is a simple 30 minute dish that is so yummy thanks to the black pepper sauce which has a bold kick of spice. You can enjoy this on its own or eat it with a side of cauliflower rice.

These orange and cumin pork carnitas can be made in the slow cooker, stove top or oven. Serve them in lettuce cups or celery root tortillas if you are doing a Whole3o, or in a tortilla for those who aren’t. Leftovers are great tossed into a big mexican salad.

This hearty spaghetti bolognese casserole is made with spaghetti squash in place of pasta. You can prep this up to a day in advance and then just put it in the oven before serving.
