Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Drain the artichoke hearts and roughly chop them into large pieces. Add the artichoke hearts to a bowl along with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic and parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven safe dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the dip is bubbling and hot.
